This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you message our Facebook Page, how we use it, and the choices you have. By sending a message to our Page you agree to the practices described below.

In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to yrlk.io (the operator of this Facebook Page and its automated messaging assistant). “You” means a person who contacts us through Facebook Messenger.

1.Information we collect

When you send a message to our Facebook Page, we may collect:

• Your message content — the text of the questions you send us.
• Your Facebook-scoped identifier (PSID) — an ID Facebook provides so we can reply to you. It is specific to our Page and does not reveal your Facebook profile.
• Your public profile basics, where Facebook makes them available (such as first name), used only to personalise replies.
• Message metadata — the date and time a message was received.

We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as payment card numbers, government IDs, health information, or passwords) through Messenger. Please do not send such information in a chat.

2.How we use your information

• To automatically answer common questions using a saved question-and-answer knowledge base.
• To route questions we cannot answer to our team so a human can follow up with you later.
• To improve our answers and the quality of our support over time.

We do not use your messages for advertising and we do not sell your personal information.

3.Automated processing

To understand your question, the text you send is processed by an automated language model that matches it against our question bank. This is used solely to select an appropriate reply or to flag the question for our team — it does not make any decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

5.Data retention

We keep message content and the associated identifier only as long as needed to answer your question and to maintain a record of support requests. Unanswered questions are retained until they have been reviewed and resolved by our team, after which they may be archived or deleted.

6.Your rights and choices

• You may request access to or deletion of the messages and data we hold about you.
• You can stop the automated replies at any time by not messaging the Page, and you can manage or block the Page from within Facebook Messenger.
• You may control what Facebook shares with us through your Facebook settings.

7.Children’s privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has contacted us, please email us and we will delete the information.

8.Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Messenger service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
